Mod to fix menus at 1920x1080

Is there a way to do this or can someone fix it please? It's really difficult to play the game in 1920x1080 goodness if you can't actually read the menu because it's squished in with other menus.

You don't. Don't use the steam launch options to set the resolution. Just set it in the video settings in game. The menu and everything will be low res (but usable), but when you play a game it runs in the correct resolution. It's always been that way.
