2. Re-open Steam
3. Launch swbf2
It didn't work for me. Maybe I should describe better. When it starts, y'know how it says "Preparing to launch Star Wars: Battlefront 2..."? Yeah, it does that, but never actually starts the game. I go into the library to start it manually from there, and all it says is "Running.." and changes instantly to "Syncing.." and not starting.
Have you tried leaving it running that way all night? Try that...
The issue with that is the game doesn't even start. It attempts to start but never actually does anything. I can spam click the play button and nothing will happen. It'll be the same if its overnight
Try running the exe directly and or restarting Steam a few times.
I've restarted Steam multiple times to the same aspect.
No, its a clean version of Battlefront, no mods.
Run the executable directly from your GameData folder.
Windows (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > SteamApps > Common > Star Wars Battlefront II > GameData
I've done that, and come up with this; https://gyazo.com/d48098374b3bb7b994d7e8cb30f35a4d
Close steam and then run steam as admin
I tried that as well and got the same result :/
