You CAN however, Google SWBF2 Skin Changer and choose whatever unit skins you want by having the 1.3 patch installed (it DOESNT update your game. your game will forever be 1.1 it just adds functions to the game such as Fake Console and Free Camera. In the Fake Console you can see the skin names there. You access this by pressing ESC)
If you are unhappy with the Blue HUD in the game on the top and bottom side, that is from the 1.3 patch and you CAN remove it. The 2.0 Conversion pack (and 2.2 patch) add the 1.3 patch to the game.
You cannot choose which songs to play in the background.
You also shouldn't mess with files if you're not familiar with them.
Make sure you also don't install too many mods because you might reach a "limit" where the game either will crash or some mods will not be displayed on the instant action menu.
You can, however, MOVE folders out of addon folder (make sure you know which ones you want to play at that moment; example: let's say that you want to play the conversion pack... You keep the BF1 folder that is in addon in that folder. If you don't see a map on the list and you don't want to play that mod (conversion pack) then remove the BF1 folder from addon and place it elsewhere. This could be on your GameData or SWBF2 folder or anywhere of your choice as long as you remember where exactly and you remember that you removed it.
Hopefully this information will help you if you install multiple mods. There is another way to do it which involves renaming a certain file inside one of the mod folders but this is the safest way for beginners.
Good luck and have fun
