DICE Is Naming Their Sequel Battlefront II.

How do you feel about this? Personally, I'm actually somewhat annoyed with this. Considering how awful their first Battlefront was, I have no doubt in my mind that theirs will be equally as horrible. I remember there being a rumour that it was supposed to have the subtitle of "Wrath of the First Order". I really wished that they went with that, in order to avoid confusion between the original Battlefront II from 2005 game that's actually good, and content rich. Then there's the (potentially) awful one coming this year.

Thoughts?

I think they're trying to eliminate Pandemic's Battlefront games from existence and act like they invented it. They actually announced a sequel before they even released any of the promised DLC. So basically, people who spent the $50-$60 on the season pass wasted their money, because EA was using that money to start developing a sequel before giving them what they paid for. Why were they so rushed to start making and announce a sequel? And why would both of their Battlefront games be named EXACTLY the same as the original two? It's unoriginal, boring, and not to mention stealing.

Watch, next they'll make a third one called SW Battlefront: Renegade Squadron.

I did buy the other EA Battlefront game on sale and enjoyed it for what it was. What really had me sold for this game was the inclusion of the Clone Wars, as well as the single player campaign. I've wanted a good new single player Star Wars campaign for a while now.
