Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Classic, 2005)

Worth it just for single player?
Not so much in financial terms (£1.74!), more for the time taken to play it. Still good? Thanks

The single-player content is pretty great in itself.

Eh. If you played it back in the day, you might not stick around for long. There's a full campaign, a Galactic Conquest 4X-lite (which is missing the Xbox versus mode...), and instant action with a PC-exclusive XL (64-on-64) mode.

Basically, you can play multiplayer with bots for ages, and there's a crap-ton of maps.

You can also try GameRanger just to play online with others. There's always one or two large servers, which can be quite fun when trolls don't decide to crash-exploit it.

I played BFII almost religiously on PS2, and my love hasn't died out for it yet lol

Same. I am a bit guilty though of using that glitch of overloading my loadout over the credit limit and then shutting it down to keep the loadout.

Someone's working on a mod called "Rezzed Maps" to breathe more life into the game.
