Help with 1.3!
Don't worry, it's not an issue with installing the 1.3 mod.

My actual problem lies in the convenience of the mod. I only have 2 era mods installed (Galactic Civil War 2 and Mandalorian Wars). However, when I click Select All in the Instant Action menu, it doesn't display these two eras. Instead, it displays the KoTOR, +123 GCW, and +123 Clone Wars eras, instead of the ones I actually use.
When I click on maps individually, the proper eras show up.

Is there any fix for this? It's not a huge, gamebreaking issue, but I REALLY would like to be able to use the Select All Maps feature.

This is due to too many mods installed. it has nothing to do with "1.3".
you need to remove some mods from addon (move them out to another folder) and then try again. make sure you know which folders are which.
if you want to use those mods you have taken out, you need to place them back to addon.

Actually, I think this IS a 1.3 issue. When 1.3 was the only update/mod of any kind installed, clicking on "Select all" for the maps does add extra "eras" in the form of +123 Calactic Civil War and +123 Clone Wars. When I installed my first other era, I became unable to select them that way.

When installing multiple mods that add eras such as the +123, this will happen. I am absolutely certain it has nothing to do with the 1.3 patch itself.

Actually, now that I think on it, I did basically install the conversion pack and 1.3 back to back and forgot about it, so you're definitely right.

I'm assuming the +123 are the modified roster versions you see on Conversion Pack Maps? (Like how there's pilots available on Bespin Platforms, and how almost all of the Conversion Pack maps have 3 extra unlockable units beyond the normal two.) I actually honestly kind of would prefer to stick to just the vanilla rosters, myself, but eh, it is what it is.

I entirely prefer vanilla rosters too. It's why I don't download total conversion mods or era mods half the time.

I had this issue when ONLY 1.3 and the GCW2 era mod was installed.

Edit: The 1.3 addon also displays Gamemodes I don't have installed when I click Select All. I have the r117 version of the mod.

Did you ever install anything else before that but removed it?
Also, r129 is better than r117.

(if you decide to try this version instead, since it's more updated and more recent)

No. My current set-up is here. [imgur.com]

Edit: Upgrading to r129 did NOT fix the issue.

Try uninstalling the whole game (or verify game cache) and then reinstall the +123 mod.

The Kotor era is actually from the conversion pack. If you haven't installed any other mod, I am pretty sure it's the +123 mod. Not the 1.3 patch whatsoever, since that does NOT install eras.

I never installed +123! I never installed the full Conversion pack, nor any KoTOR eras either.

This is a fresh wipe. I literally installed it yesterday.

All verifying the cache did was remove the 1.3 update. I'll reinstall and notify you

Even after a fresh reinstall of 1.3, it still displays eras and gamemodes that don't exist on this computer.

Before you do, check ingame to see if there are any changes. and, if by installing the 1.3 patch you'll have new eras, reinstall the game completely. the ONLY way this ever happens (the 1.3 showing you more eras) is when you have left overs of other mods.

I had to open the game to see that 1.3 was removed.

I really don't want to reinstall the game, but guess I have to.

I don't know of any other way. if you never had any other mods and the eras showed up, this is the first time I hear of anything like this happen in my years of playing this game and messing with the files.
once you reinstall, launch the game and check the era list. then reinstall r129 of the 1.3 patch and tell me if anything changed.
the only other possibility is, someone modified the files in the 1.3 patch from wherever you got the r117 from. because no 1.3 patch should show you more eras without actually installing any mods that add any.
and.... IF it shows up again, just remove the 1.3 and see if that changes anything, if the eras bother you that much.
if you would like to keep the 1.3 and you believe the installer added any eras, I recommend trying to get in touch with Zerted. his contact info should be in the ReadMe file.
