Difference between normal and advanced?

I am doing another playthrough, this time advanced. What's the difference though? I might just not remember how the normal level playthrough went, but would love to know the exact changes.

I believe the game is just harder. In what way I'm not sure, perhaps more patients or more unpatient patients
