Getting the Victor Trophy

I have a question about getting this trophy. Do I just need to fill up the stations in one level or do it in every level?

For this trophy you will need to fill up every spot where a patient could stand or lie down, and have at least one person standing at the checkout desk! This can be unlocked during any level as long as all the stations are filled. Challenge 11 is one of the best levels to unlock this achievement due to the volume of patients you’ll have.

I have a problem getting the trophy. I followed the advise to use the challenge 11.I have every station, seat, position at the checkout desk, waiting chairs and even the broschures filled with people. But i don't get the trophy. Maybe i need someone in the bathtub in the upper right corner, but so far no patient comes up with the need to go there.

I now played Challenge 20 ("The Baby Invasion") and got the Victor Trophy i a swift run.
I think its much easier, as the Babys are comming on and on. Just make a baby after another satisfied (golden hearts) so they won't go away after some time.
Don't forget the babycrip.

Yes. Emily's levels are the best for this trophy since they have less "stations" to fill up.

Cela peut être déverrouillé à tout niveau tant que toutes les stations sont remplies. Le Challenge 11 est l’un des meilleurs niveaux pour débloquer cette réussite en raison du nombre de patients que vous aurez.

You can actually tried during Emily's level! Just fill up all the tables and counters. Then have at least 1 waiting for checkout will do.
