Just to give you an idea as a PD main. Anytime I respond to calls that have very little to do with PD (all I do is traffic and "scene control"), I get points anytime the EMS guys or FD guys do their jobs, despite me having done nothing other than literally standing around. I don't do it for rep points (quite frankly rep points are useless, they don't do anything and aren't visible to anyone else) but it still gives them to me just simply because I responded on CAD. I could be half a mile away but if I accept the call, I get points.
This is also why sometimes bugged calls (completed or not) remain on the map for so long, sometimes people forget to clear from said call so it just remains there for all eternity.
Unfortunately there's no "party" system. As it stands, the system doesn't really cater to two man squads (hence why everyone gets their own vehicles and there's no way to remove your vehicle if you choose to ride shotgun with someone else).
