How do i play multiplayer?
I was just wondering, how do i do the same callouts with my friends? it seems like if we travel together in the same server, only the person who accepts the callout will get rep points and no one else who helped will earn any points.

is that how the game is supposed to work?

Unfortunately you need to also accept the call on CAD or accept it on the radio as the calls come in on the radio. Otherwise, you technically didn't respond to the call according to the game. Anytime you look at the CAD, and see the # callsign of the other players responding, those are the people who are "officially" responding. Anyone who isn't showing up on the CAD for that call is unfortunately not "officially" responding so unfortunately the only points they'll get are points based on actions they've taken and not the full completion points when the call is completed. If you attend a call, the call is finished, and you don't see the "Mission Complete" thing at the end, that means you didn't "accept" the call on CAD and therefore was "never there" so you only get points from actions on the scene.

Just to give you an idea as a PD main. Anytime I respond to calls that have very little to do with PD (all I do is traffic and "scene control"), I get points anytime the EMS guys or FD guys do their jobs, despite me having done nothing other than literally standing around. I don't do it for rep points (quite frankly rep points are useless, they don't do anything and aren't visible to anyone else) but it still gives them to me just simply because I responded on CAD. I could be half a mile away but if I accept the call, I get points.

This is also why sometimes bugged calls (completed or not) remain on the map for so long, sometimes people forget to clear from said call so it just remains there for all eternity.

Unfortunately there's no "party" system. As it stands, the system doesn't really cater to two man squads (hence why everyone gets their own vehicles and there's no way to remove your vehicle if you choose to ride shotgun with someone else).
