Police Tow Truck bugged

Anybody else have an issue where when trying to tow a vehicle away the physics of said vehicle just stop working?

ya when i tow cars in the game they glich out and start acting like a bayblade

this game seems riddled with bugs all over every system in it, cant even call suspect transport without it bugging out and sitting in one spot
