Create mods ?
Hello !

What programs are used to create "mods" in the game ?

I would like to create ambulances, but I don't know how to do it. Would it also be possible to create mods for the paramedics' outfits ?

Hi you can make liveries for vehicles and outfits, i recommend joining the discord a s there is links to templates to start editing in paint.net, note you cant make new vehicles obviously only liveries :) you can then upload the liveries you've made on the mod.io site
