New to game

Just got the game and it’s taking some time learning to play and I have some questions.

Is there a way to request emergency backup in single player? And also request FD or ems.

And is there a way to do the same in multiplayer? Quickly request other players to assist whether it’s More PD or ems or fire that I need

I mainly want to be able to get backup fast

Also when I arrest someone and request transport, why is my arrest count still zero?
Do I have to follow up and go to the station to book those people?

Hey there, welcome!

1. Backup is not in the game, but planned for singleplayer.

2. You can type in chat and ask another player for assistance.

3. I believe the arrest count only applies if you drop them off and register them yourself.
