I can think of so many things I'd rather see in this game than snow. Please let the devs focus on fleshing the base game out more rather than pointless cosmetic updates.

No i get that and that's a fair point. But it's also the time and effort put into a game to create nice seasonal updates like this that makes players play over these holidays. The game is great but don't you think it would be nice to see a Christmas snow hitting the island for a week?

I think snow can be very good idea, but it's complicated implement it correctly in the game.
