Yes you get updates and full version eventually.

Why wait when you can see the development of the game while you have it and play ocasually? It always feels as if you're getting a present when a new update is released.

no i dont think you should buy this game i get around 26 fps on online and 58 fps in singeplayer and its bugged ashel* and yea u shouldnt buy it it isnt worth it.

No, the game is definitely not worth it. IF you have expendable income and don't mind supporting a small developer trying to make the game better, then flip a coin. I got the game for free and honestly feel ripped off. I seriously hope the game gets better as time goes on, but just not seeing much progress in the short term.

Update:

Just played again for several hours and I just can't recommend this game at all. I know that what the devs are trying to accomplish here is very complex, but there are just so many things wrong or missing with this game that I just can't get behind the game. The graphics look 10 or more years old, and the missions are just awful. AWFUL. Nothing at all like what real police, fire or EMS work is like. I will likely revisit this game again in a few months to check on its progress, but at this point I don't have any expectations at all.
