So just me? Cant figure out how to play the game?

Here is my 1st 13 minutes of game:

Launch Game; Select Police, Walk to Cop Car, Familiarize with buttons, controls.

Pull some random person over cause they seemed odd. However Once the Suspect was pulled over I couldnt talk the individual; since Suspect was middle of street another vehicle was behind my cop car. I couldnt talk to him either. I ran towards some walking pedestrians and I was able to talk; ran back to initial suspect but on way another driver on the other side was just driving normal and I couldnt talk to him. Tried re talking to car behind my cop car and initial suspect and still nothing.

Okay game broken for me; so naturally I exited game. Ran a File Checker to verify game cache and it was all good.

Re launched game: SinglePlayer, apparently I had to re create character. This time I decided to do a callout

Here is what happened the remaining 20minutes of gameplay:

I had to find Aggressive Driver. I had both lights and sirens on, followed Suspect for a while but noticed the Compliant meter wasnt moving, of course the aggressive driver had slammed on his brakes and I kinda tapped Suspect; which then caused the meter to go up to 5% compliant or something. Followed more, still didnt auto go up so basically I kept hitting the Vehicle until finally it reached 100%

Was that how its supposed to be done? Me continually hitting suspect car until 100%?

After arrest I scored 75pts in total.

I decided to pull another random car over but again they were not compliant, oh they moved over but never fully stopped. And when they did stop I got out of car; lights still flashing; I still couldnt talk to driver.

So I'm about to do a search on Forums for Singleplayer; maybe its broken I dont know.
I'd like to see tips/manual because I'm curious if what i'm doing is actually correct...in pulling over a driver I need to continually tap the car ahead of me; howver that still doesnt explain why I cannot talk to the driver. It did work for Callout but at 100% suspect immediately got out of car anyways.

I'm also hoping that Singleplayer isnt broken cause while I did quit the game with 75pts I'm hoping my 75pts still remain

Yep gone.

Launched game, Singleplayer. Selected Cop, re create charaacter.

I thought there was a thread titled "Singleplayer" but maybe i was wrong. Time to read "known issues" and maybe FAQs

Its simply not a finished game.

To pull over a random vehicle press CTRL when behind them, that is considered a pull over.

For the "mission" right now there is only one, and you hit them until youre at 100.

There is this thing called settings, and here if you LOOK, you will see "Controls". And here you can re-bind keys, controler functions, as well as find out what dose what function, including extra graphics settings... it is Amazing when you just look...

Hitting a car to make it stop makes no sense. Police only use the pit manouver when its the last resort and the suspect is definately not pulling over and becoming very dangerous. Such as a pit manouver would be done once streets have been controlled by other officers to ensure no innocent by standers are going to get hurt.
