Will it run good on a Surface pro 3?

I dont have a good pc and I would love to play this game, Does anyone know if it can run a Surface Pro 3.

You can see it in the page "Can you run it?" In this page you slect the game that you eant know and it dowload a archive that scan your pc and said you if it yes go or not.

Steam lists the Min as
OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64bit)
Processor: Intel Core i3 2GHz or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Dedicated graphics card with 1GB memory
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 4 GB available space

I am not sure weather or not a Surfice Pro will run it. However I would bet you could grab a Dell Optiplex or HP Compaq Elite 8200 Desktop off eBay for around 100-150 dollars. I have seen a few 8200s with the i5 3.10 GHz wuth 8GB of RAM for 125 dollars. I would pick one up, install a cheaper graphics card to get HDMI out, and game away.
