Nils,

Can we please get customizeable characters? I would like to see outfit and gear options as well as character customization for skin, gender, and faces. It would be really awesome to be able to customize my officer or emt to match those in my geographical area, or to meet specific mission needs.

Also, is there a chance that K9 units could be added to the game at some point?
