Boss 2 and 3 skipped

I finished level 2-9 and 3-9 and each of them skipped past the boss room. Does anybody have any experience with this? Thanks!

for me only the second boss was skipped, and after defeating the 3rd boss I recieved the achievement for killing the 2nd boss.
I got really lucky and died right after killing the boss by the enemies that he spawns and the final stage started again, and after killing the boss again I recieved the achievement for killing the 3nd boss.

I skipped the 2nd and 3rd boss too. SH$1!
Now if I try to start a new game, the exit on the first level sends me to the exit on the first level, which sends me to the exit on the first level, which sends me to the exit on the first level, etc.
