Behind the firewall

hi guys, i got a mission that client want to a passwd of user. But when i try to access with any port the terminal said" ...Behind the firewall". How can i solve this promlem ? thank you for your help <3

I guess you could hack the firewall and open the ports so that the ports of the computers in the LAN would now be exposed.

yes, i did. but it doesnt work xD. but i think i did wrong way, i used a tool on hackshop that make the firewall change to allow but the target still behind the it:( .

It might be that the target computer is behind more than one firewall and that's just the first one. You could log into the firewall and run ScanLan.exe to get a complete picture of what you can see from the main firewall.

Use a computer in that network and use Browser.exe to browse to the firewall page. so IP:port and you can make the changes there.

Scan router and get the computer bounce to your target, read the passwd

If you know what router the computer is behind (check IP with ScanLan), you can log onto that router and disable the firewall from there
