Cat command not working?????

Hi all.

The "cat" command doesn't seem to be working when I try it on remote machines. But it does seem to be working on my own machine?

Does the cat command have to be on both, the remote, and the hackers machines?

It is in my bin folder.

"Cat" can only work on text based files. If you are trying to use it on .sys .xorg or images it will not open.

Can you copy a file from your PC to a remote one and attempt opening both? What happens given that they are the exact same file?

I do
cat Bank.txt

And it comes back as
cat Bank.txt: command not found

Ive found the problem.

The commands don't work in ftp servers.
