SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SOLVE IT THEMSELVES:
SSH will connect you to the computer through the port. This requires a password. E.G.: SSH Username@Password 192.168.0.0. To get the password, use whois on the IP address. This will give you the admin email address. This isn't explained, but when you write a new email, there is a button to make a pre-made email next to the subject line. Click on Login issues, fill in the red blanks with the name of the person you need the password for. You should recieve and email with the password. Use the SSH command with the username and password of the user, and you should be connected.
Sorry if I'm completely off on what you need. This is what I gathered from your question.
