Interesting when I manual add server and then paste the link it works. When I was clicking on the link then accept invite I got a message saying invite invalid. I am in now.

It is a bit strange, several people have recently joined. You must click on the emoticon just below the text in the #rules channel. Try restarting discord in case it was a bug. You need a verified phone number configured in Discord. If you still can't join please report it here.

discord disallows rules read emote check without cellphone realid authentication. Personally do not and will never have a cell. So this poses an access problem for myself and probably the others above as well. There's a setting someone you guys can change to correct this.

I also can't join the discord due to phone verification being required. There are bots that can do the same thing via DM to ensure the user is actually human. ie https://altdentifier.com/

The discord phone verification is necessary to keep the community safe, and keep the trolls and banned users outside of the game discord.

Problems related to this in the past have forced us to activate this verification since certain users always skipped the actions of moderators causing various problems on the discord server continuously, which was worsening as the number of registered users increased.
