Honor and Threat System

Ok both of those systems are completely broken. I entered a Business Arrangement with another gang and a few days later I get the message that they canceled our arrangement, and now I am dishonorable because I broke the agreement, and I'm a threat to them because I broke the agreement f of. Or another gang comes into my neighborhood, captures a building in my street and sends me a message to back of? What is this bs. Because of this I got into a war with one gang, and they invited another on in, then another faction wants a sit down with me, they already hate me because I declared war on their allies?(they declared on me but oh well), and they broker a peace between us and now the gang that was invited in is on good terms with me but won't make any deals because according to the threat interface I'm still at war with them. Seriously what is this absolute bs of a game.

Some bosses hate others at start(-100)
You get bigger they are threatened
You kill a mob boss they are threatened
You babble to police in quest they hate you
When you kill too many thugs in a neighborhood in a month they hate you

Here are some easy ways to improve.
Buy/Sell 1 swill standing order
Have only one business partnership: Works better if they are in another neighborhood
Saying no to cops in related quests improve your respect
Doing quests improve respect
Doing trades improve respect
