How do I activate or where do I find the preorder pack?
It showed me on the steam store page it is still included if I buy the game. Bought it, now the steam pages doesn't show it and I can only find the two premium edition dlc's in my library.

The store page does not say it's still included with the game and back when it was displayed it was clearly labeled as a pre order bonus.

If you purchased after the game was released you do not get it.

I wonder if they are gonna release this exclusive pack later? They really should cause i cant really keep up with all this exclusive preorder arms race any more :(, there is too many.

It looks like you can get the preorder bonus for CK3 if you buy the full bundle, but not as a separate purchase.

Granted this isn't a first-party PDX title, but that shows that it's at least in the realm of possibility. There's been no official word one way or the other, though.

You really aren't missing out on anything, he's just one more random gangster in the list of people you could recruit and the description was a bit misleading: the "mission" that he comes with is not to unlock him and he isn't anything special. All the gangsters you can recruit have a backstory, they all have one chain of events from their past that they ask you to help them with. Usually it's a fetch quest or a go-here-kill-a-guy and you get a "thanks boss" there's so many of these generic missions that the addition of him (on top of the dozens you could pick from) and his one mission that he comes with (they all have one) is not special, it just kind of gets lost in the noise of how many others you have.
