Thanks so much! Local multiplayer isn't planned at the moment. It would take some pretty interesting optimization to render the game more than one times on lower end computers.
with other people? kinda like some other FPS's I know did, but add in something to make it not copying.
This could be a cool idea! To stay in the spirit of the game, they should be able to get positive effects from missed shots. Maybe they could eat crops to regain health and/or get special abilities?
If the game had local multiplayer, it'd be an instant-buy for me. But I'm not going to buy two copies when it means one person gets the tv and the other a laptop screen.
I don't have a low end machine, either.
I wonder... Each "screen" would render at a lower resolution, so it isn't exactly linear.
On the other hand, more of the map would be visible at once, so it might stress vram a bit more... Though most props could be instanciated.
At the end of the day, I have a beefy computer, and it would also be an insta-buy if it included split-screen gameplay :)
