Crash after dying to Caretaker

[Veralos]

I was on Floor 4 on Loop 5 and went through most of the Gauntlet without getting hit. I ended up facing the Caretaker boss but died on the 3rd or 4th phase. The game went to the run summary screen but as it was being populated the game crashed with this message:

Seconding this I JUST had this exact same crash in almost the exact same scenario.
