For Trial 3, you can shoot the block from the first one past the top of the screen then keep doing it to carry it all the way to the end. This also opens up a different puzzle past the one I thought was the last one. I think if you fail any of the puzzles you have to restart the trial since the blocks you shoot get destroyed if you get hit
The ghost in the last room says "there can be no freedom without sacrifice" so I assumed that you have to die with quickening somewhere either in the last room or the one spike in the room before that but nothing happened.
Trial 2 hint: Anything sticking out to you as a bit unusual in this trial? Anything that makes you think "why is that there?"
You may need to employ some unorthodox techniques to do what is ultimately required.
