Large Dead Zone In this game

Is anyone else experiencing a fairly large dead zone when aiming/shooting with the right thumb stick after the recent large patch?
I have confirmed that the issue isn't' with my controller or steam settings, and there doesn't seem to be any option to change the dead zone settings within the game settings.

Any tips would be appreciated, I wasn't having any problems before the patch.
