[Help a Noob] Room with inaccessible itens

I haver entered a room with 2x 10% damage increase itens and I could not access them because of walls blocking all sides. Is that somekind of joke or there is a way to get them?

its a notorious troll room, unless you enter from the bottom or you happen to have a shattering bomb, you can't get the damage pickups
