Bugged Railgun?

I've purchased the railgun twice now, and it still wont unlock for me. The shop screen shows it to be sold, and toggled off. Anyone else having this problem?

no issues on my end, I can toggle it on and off

Toggling a weapon off prevents them from spawning in-game.

I've gone through like 7 games now after buying rail gun without finding it and I have it checked in shop. It definitely seems like it's bugged for me

I may be mistaken but it may be considered 'rarer', due to the power it can have. Especially if you have a lot of the other weapons unlocked that will dilute the drop pool. However like I said, could be wrong! It may be bugged genuinely.
Reason being I almost never see Sword weapons despite having it checked, or how I never see those bombs that give you speed and damage. Just 'rarer'.

I actually only have Sword and Railgun unlocked, and I actually see sword pretty often. It is possible I could be just having bad luck but it's been a lot of runs now and haven't seen it at all.
