Where is the Blacksmith's Hammer?

Whereabouts is the hammer?

The guy told me where it was, probably, but I skipped past it and he won't remind me. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm pretty far in the game and I haven't come across it, so figured asking may be appropriate.

Some spoilers here!

If you go to the statue (on map) in the swamplands, you'll pray at it for a key to the map door there and be able to go inside. Then about half-way through it is a wall where Fritzy barks and a bone hand points towards (and the wall glows), break the wall to find the hammer.

Then you can just Teleport to stone to get back :)

This is assuming you have the Steam/GOG versions which have the new updates, otherwise consoles getting it soon!
