I got win32 gardih, low risk. But yeah same effect. AVG went friggin nuts trying to quarintine. Had to uninstall.

ya, would not let it go if i ignored so i hit the protect me now button (secured me) but now the game wont play so have had to uninstall too.

I got Win32.Hidrag.a with Kaspersky, just posted a thread with a VT link...

If it is a falsepos, it is the most malicious one I have seen. 61/67

false positives are a problem. I usually quarintine, then lookup the result, somtimes its just some mostly harmless Adware. But this was so agressive I decided uninstall for now was best.

I have alerted Steam, but I have not gotten in contact with the dev. I would imagine that the dev would keep track of the community hub on Steam anyways

My Windows Defender found jeffo.a - high problem. A parasite virus that infects the way Windows acts. Not cool...

I am not re-installing this game myself till this has had some sort of reply back from Dev or Steam.
Steam should also take some responsibilty if it is a malicious file as its on THEIR service as well as the Dev's.
Anyone gets any reply to this pls post up

seems wierd that its kicking up so many different ones. I wonder if the devs other game is having the same problem. Warlocks Revenge I think it was. I was also under the impression that steam did some virus scan on upload, like most sites with user content. I had RPGmaker MV trigger some stuff too recently, but it was low risk adware.
