Hi Lugum!

In order to resize the window, go to Settings > Video, then choose "Full Screen: OFF". After that, adjust the resolution (e.g. from "My Screen" to "800x600") with the option below, and press "Apply".

I'm afraid I can't add more options than that because the in-game rooms (screens) rely on this specific aspect ratio and the engine this game was made with is very old.
