I dont get my rust chippy arcade machine in my steam inventory.

i played the game over 1 hour and dont get the chippy machine in my inventory. what i need to do?

You'll need to open Rust, as rust actually makes the check and grants you the item, not the chippy program itself. You might need to load into an official Rust server, and restarting steam might help.

If you've refunded then re-purchased chippy, unfortunately the arcade Promo Item can't be granted more than once to a player.

"promo items" are handled in a special way by steam and are one-time items, sorry.

oh I bought this game thinking you could still get this promo item... guess it's too late, 2020. News flies by me fast, I'm south Korea in US Army living in barracks lol. I didn't get this game item even after playing a while. No regrets though. The game was decent fun for a good minute.

Hello, I was looking at solution to getting a 'chippy arcade machine for rust' on the web. I have played the game for about 2hrs and I have not received anything. I have contacted facepunch regarding this matter and they are not responsive so i figured I reach out to you (request number (120645). I have no prior refund on this game as i have just recently bought while it was on sale. This game is great and so is the rust skin and will be a great addition to my rust skins. Please fix the chippy arcade for rust. Its been broken for a while now. You can make it and place it but cannot interact with it. Thought it was a PVE server issue but it happens on vanilla rust too
