Denpasoft Patch Not working?

Okay so I tryed to buy the patch twice on 2 different cards and it charged me but i got no patch? Im fine with Nekoworks gettting the money but i also WANT THE PATCH!!!

Did you actually try to download it? You have to follow the link in the email you receive after purchase, or go to the "Downloads" section of your account and get it from there.

If your account is not showing it, then contact them and explain what happened.

The email you put for the billing information is where you will find the Patch download from the Denpasoft email. If you do not see it, check your Spam/Trash folder and contact support if you still can't find it. For the download, click click and run the application. It'll do the rest all for you.

I got the patch from an email receipt after purchasing it from Denpasoft, and the download link was there as well.

It should be a zip file file called nekopara_vol3_Steam_R18DLC

I'm having an issue also . After applying the coupon I click on the download link . It opens another tab but the page is blank . The tab on the top for the web page just has a spinning icon , as if it is going to do something . Edit : I closed the tab then clicked on the link again & now it's downloading .

I downloaded the installer and ran it but even though it extracted to my steam apps folder it didn't seem to uncensor anything. At least not in the first mature scene.... any advice?

No, if you mean an H-scene, then the fact that you are seeing such a scene means that you now have the 18+ content. There is nothing more uncensored available anywhere, as they have adhered to Japanese censorship law. Although it is possible to obtain uncensored versions of some media outside Japan, that takes special effort on the developer's and publisher's part, which most developers are not willing to put forth. Many of us have learned to accept mosaics as just the way it is with Japanese media.

Well if he gets the "mature" scenes it works. The cencorship is pretty much normal, still curious why alot of older Hentai-Games are even without mosaic though~

But there is NO version available without mosaic afaik~

I guess the law was enforced differently (less strictly or whatever) in the past. The relevant statute (article 175 of the Criminal Code of Japan) is pretty vague, simply prohibiting "obscene" content. Wikipedia has an article about censorship in Japan[en.wikipedia.org], including the article in question, and a few convictions under it.
