The jamp.exe on steam installs is weird. If you start the game with it, it takes you to single player instead of multiplayer. I suggest getting a no-cd cracked jamp.exe or installing OpenJK. I'm not sure if OJP will work with OpenJK since OJP is a very old mod. So you should probably get the cracked jamp.exe .

Replacing game executable may result in account ban, just saying.

Here's a safe one here: https://jk2.ouned.de/master/
But it changes the raven master server to ouned master server (which doesn't have any servers for jka).

Jeez i just want to play a game that brings me very close to the star wars universe with the force powers and the fighting styles and i ask for help and no one helps me (on you tube videos and the mod creators) it is like i am talking to a brick wall and the best thing of all the brick wall has a better response that they do thanks Iku-Senpai i did try the link and downloaded the stuff it still does not work :( lol is it really so a difficult to get a mode working so that i can enjoy something closer to star wars rather than a fast medium and slow stance that a useless (to me) and it has nothing even to do with star wars it is just waving a lightsaber -_- thanks anyway guys for your responses

Well the game works for you doesnt it? So then you want different mods installed which you can do. You just need the correct directory so that the EXE will open the mod.

if you can play normal multiplayer then jamp.exe must be in GameData, otherwise you couldn't play MP... it might something with mod launching file or something

That is strange. Most mods are set up like this: Gamedata/MBII <--(name of mod)/ with no less than 3 files in the mod folder named cgamex86.dll, uix86.dll, jampcfg.cfg. That's it. Levels are usually under base folder. Multiplayer mods are meant for M/P and S/P mods are meant for S/P. So if you are on a M/P server the mod should load on its own. As a player in the server you cant do anything with the mod as its already loaded. If you are playing S/P and open up the load mod screen, THEN you can load a S/P mod which is CLIENT based.

So you just told me how mods work can you give any info on how to make the mod OJP work because the mod has it's own launch application and it tells me jamp.exe is missing
