Best Single Player Big Mod?

Hello! First of all, I've been in love with this game practically my whole life. I played the crap out of it as a kid and just recently got it on here.

I have been scouring the internet all over, looking for really great mods that will just make the game way better. All I seem to be finding are new lightsaber skins or the like. I noticed JA+ and Movie Battles which both sounded amazing, but I don't plan on playing online at all, so I'm not sure how viable those are. Basically I was hoping for something along those lines, something will will add lots of great stuff to the game and graphics, while still being great single player.

Also, I've never really modded before so I had trouble understanding a lot of what the Readme was even talking about, in JA+ for example.

One more question if you don't mind. Do you know of any site or anything that can help me figure out the Xpadder Jedi Academy profile for a 360 controller? There's so many options and features that it's a little confusing
