Report a translation problem
For the graphic thing try in setting with some of the graphics support options like Vsyc and something else xD because i have had problems with star wars games that have graphics problems and i just play around with the setting 97.7% it work, the rest has to do with your graphics card try maybe a driver update or there is a possibility that you must go back to previous versions of the driver due to the game being old and way outdated with graphics.
