How to get sith sword animation and effects

When I type in "saber sith_sword" It gives me that sword which Tavion had but I am wondering how to get that sword to have red lightning or energy effect on It and that animation where you raise the sword up and It heals you. I know It is there because when I spawn my clone he has that effect and does that animation. I've been trying to figure it out for a long time, so if anyone knows please help me.

Taunt doesn't work. On cutscene You can see red light but after that there is no effect.
