STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy™

A.I always wins saber locks in mulitplayer.
I don't even get a chance here, they just instantly win. I don't know what it's like in SP though, but I don't even have time to push the attack button they just automatically win. Is there a way around this? Like a console command that makes it so both sides have a 50% chance or a mod? Any tweaks? Spamming the attack button doesn't help either.

As far as I recall, you're supposed to spam the attack button. You're supposed to rapidly press mouse button one.
I know, but they just instantly win. It's an instant disarm or death for me.

The saber lock duels in this game are very random. Can't really train that to become better at winning them.

im not sure, but did u go to the Force pannel, and set Level 3 in Saber Attack and Saber Defense?
I've got it all set to 3 on saber attack and saber defense. I know I'm using two console commands that increase the chances of getting a saber lock.

I quote from a forum.

"g_debugSaberLock 1 (default of 0 for off)
g_saberLockRandomNess 0
(default 2, the lower the number seems to make them occur more)"

I think the issue is that the bots have just as high of a skill in saber offense as the player which is what causes them to be so strong in saberlocks. So best thing to do is to look for a way to adjust the bots skill in saber offense
