Steam update on all the Jedi knights title

I noticed all my jedi knights game, this one, outcast and outcast 2 got a small steam update, but I can't find what changed

i had a quick go on jedi academy iv not worked out what the update was tho

Those aren't real updates, just the typical couple of kilobytes big shader cache files that change every couple of days.

This ♥♥♥♥♥♥ games last update was released in late 2003.....

You would think that if they were going to update anything, it would be to make 'dismemberment' available in the option settings, just to acknowledge a prevailing inquiry.

Or even make modern 'Full-Screen' options, without all the Code~Kung-Fu mentioned in the guides, and elsewhere, easily attainable.

One can always wish, right...

And FTR record, due to applying the various fixes offered in the guides, I have all that I want, and actually enjoy this title, for the 6th time. I was just pointing out that any updates should apply to the prevailing request\comments, since everything that is foundational to the title is fine.

Literally no one is working on this game anymore lmao. They won't add features to a long dead game. The community has to do that.

Thankfully the modding community of Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy has managed to improve the game client along with other changes for modern PCs for a modern experience. Check this guide here and you can start playing Multiplayer right away with no issues:
