If you manage to open the server list in Multiplayer you should be able to see {JoF}Public Server which is the most popular. You can also connect to the server by bringing the console using SHIFT and TILDE (button under ESC) and writing any of the following commands:
/connect 135.125.145.49:29070
/connect Public.JoFHub.eu
/connect JoF.JK3.in
/connect JoF.JKA.io
I recommend you check this guide on how to setup an improved client of Multiplayer with lots of QoL changes along with bugfixes (like for example if the master server list is not showing any servers):
