There is a specific character skin I wish to use in a roleplay community, however I can only find it in an entire skin pack. But I only the one skin of the entire pack. Is there any way I can get a specific .pk3 file of a character skin from a .pk3 skin pack?

yea thanks ima check it out, been messing around with the mods on the game n kinda surprised people still add stuff for the GAME as it is quit old but hey i dont mind keep it alive

For the future, .pk3 is pretty much just a .zip. You can open pk3s in any zip program. Take the files you want out, zip them up, and rename the extension .zip to .pk3. It'll work fine.

This one wasn't like that. It had 100s of files and sub folders he couldn't possibly know where to put them himself unless he had prior knowledge of how JK skinning works.

Yeah I know and the community is always here to help. Don't be afraid to ask any questions @donder. Some people who like to help aren't use to new players with no knowledge of JK. This series is kept active by die hard fans now so some people expect players to be die hards.

Tried it, didn't work for me. I'm not good at skinning (at least in Jedi Academy), I'm good at manual modding but it doesn't seem to be working as some files in the video aren't able to be used nor linked in any form. Any help? It seems that other guy on this discussion helped someone in 2016 convert a multiplayer model (in this case it was Mission Vao from Knights of the Old Republic) and make it a singleplayer model.

In my case I want a model converted from multiplayer into singleplayer as an addition to the other characters, not a replacement for a character.

Could anyone help me with that please?
