STUCK IN A CUTSCENE
After the Hoth mission, the game takes me back to Yavin 4 where a cutscene should start. However, it's just me, Kyle, and Luke standing there, not saying anything. I can't figure out how to get past this glitch. There's a video of the exact glitch on youtube.

Figured it out. Just press x. It's the only key that lets you skip it.

Damn that's a pretty nasty glitch you encountered, I don't remember seeing any of these in my childhood when I played Singleplayer. I hope other people will find this post in case they get stuck in the same way you were, happy to hear you figured it out! Unfortunately stuff like this can happen considering its age so don't worry.

I would also recommend you checking Multiplayer whenever you feel like or after you're done with SP if this is your first playthrough of the game, check this here for more info on how to set it up correctly:

Yeah I had the same thing today, no mods either.

I was stuck then pressed "enter".
I had to change compatibility to Win XP Service pack 3 and run as admin, and cut scenes didn't froze no more! Ahhaahahahaha

Niceee! I never used XP here, but I only hear good things from that OS.
I also figured that limiting fps to 60 prevented further freezes for this game. I am so glad I can play it because it is my favorite Star Wars game now.

It appears that the interact key is used for skipping cutscenes. saved my ass at a later level where the cutscene refused to play no matter how many times I restarted.

Enable vertical sync works for me :D In my case, cutsecen never ends (without dialog)

PD: Sorry my bad english.

Had the same issue. Worked after pressing Enter but it skipped dialog.
from what I know about this glitch from my experience its mainly caused by high resolution and frame rates any time I changed the resolution using console commands the game would run fine but the Yavin scenes freeze this might have to do with this game is so old it has trouble running on modern hardware
