Game Breaking Bug in the Interlude
I've run into a bug that prevents me from continuing the game. It is in the interlude between your second and third mission from the first set of missions, the one where Rosh complains about Kyle holding him back. The issue is that the interlude cutscene doesn't trigger at all, instead, I'm spawned into the map where all the models are in place and I'm free to move wherever I want to, but nothing happens and I can't get the game to move forward.

I've never encountered this issue before and was wondering if there was a solution. I already loaded a previous save and completed the previous mission again, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue and more importantly, does anyone know how to solve it?

EDIT: Verifying the Game files detect 1 file that needs fixing, but "fixing" that file only resets graphical settings and the bug still occurs at the exact same time. Reinstalling the game doesn't fix the issue either.

EDIT 2: Seems like this issue is caused by high frame rate, turn on Vsync, found in the game's video settings as "Video sync" to solve the issue.

Already did, it fixes 1 file that resets my user preferences such as screen resolution. This doesn't fix the issue though, as upon reaching that interlude cutscene, the same exact problem occurs and the 1 file requires fixing again. Reinstalling doesn't fix the issue either.

Dude, you're a saint. Vsync is found under the title "video sync" but it is the same thing and does the trick. Thanks!

I had 144 hz monitor and VSync didnt help. However, setting monitor back to 60Hz + VSync seems to do the trick.
I stumbled onto the same thing in the academy intro cutscene. It was just stuck, but I was able to skip it.
