Dedicated Server Guide?

Is there a dedicated server guide anywhere? I used to host servers for this game 4-5 years ago however I'm having issues with it now. I don't know if it's because of the server list being down or what.

I've tried doing /connect to my server as well and it doesn't run. Just want to host a basejka server for my clan when we do retro nights.

You act as I haven't tried that already. There really isn't an "definitive" guide from what I found. I also didn't know if my server was having issues due to the server list being down which was one of my questions.

https://jkhub.org/forums/topic/10030-creating-a-dedicated-server-home-run-for-windows/ this is the simplest one i found, there isn't a definitive one but there are multiple almost complete ones so you can piece them together. the more crucial part about the servers are the ports, dont open just 29070, open a few more, and if the server works, it will always work when you join it via public ip even if the master server is down

Thanks but I seen this one as well, for some reason my server runs via batch file but doesn't actually show up in game. Even direct IP doesn't work or trying to add it as a favorite. It's a VPS from a company so im 99% sure it already has forwarded ports.
