japlus help

everytime i launch jedi academy with ja+ installed it says this

i have followed all the instructions correctly

What? You need to find out if you're using the right version of the mod first.

one of the steps say Start the game with +set fs_game "japlus" as your command line arguments (e.g. .bat file, shortcut, with UU)

you don't need that. Just launch the game from steam go into mods in the main menu for MP and click japlus and load that mod that way.

Ah I see the issue. Do you have any space on your C drive? Sometimes JK glitches if its installed on a different hard drive than the one steam is installed.

i put it on an external hard drive but i'm running it on the one on my actual computer

but when i played it with just the normal version it was fine

that is a weird situation. I suggest a full reinstall and use ja++ from my link

Your computer. I highly recommend you don't install games to a external hdd

well i reinstalled it to my external hard drive and it works perfectly
