Uninstall Help?!

I tried to uninstall Jedi Academy by manually deleting the folders and .exes/.dlls/.cfgs/etc
But now, realizing my mistake, i tried to uninstall using the control panel (uninstall/change) but it greets me kindly with this pain in the rear....

"An installation support file could not be installed.

Catastrophic failure."

Any ideas?

Is this for steam or disc version? If steam you don't have to worry about it just delete the folder and reinstall it'll clean everything in windows control panel up for you. If disc then you do have an issue. You'll have to reinstall the game from what ever disc you used and then uninstall properly.

Yeah, it's a disc copy....
The problem is, I don't know how to reinstall using the disc. It won't give me the option to install in the launcher.
