You can also look up NPC spawn cheats so you can have fun dueling Reborn or any enemy whenever you want. :D
Sounds fun. I'll certainly try that, thanks!
The 'setforceall' cheat just makes all force powers go to level 1. And 'setforceall' 0 removes force completely...
So I was able to get everything I requested, melee weapon, with katas (takedowns) enabled, but no enhancement of force. Anyone else reading this thread and wants this exact same solution, fear no more!
Step 1: Open up console. (It's different for everyone, so I can't list how. Maybe search up the numerous methods that may work for you depending on your computer and keyboard)
Step 2: Use code 'helpusobi 1' to enable cheats (without apostrophes)
Step 3: When in game, and watching a cutscene, enable console, type in the code in Step 2 again, just to be safe.
Step 4: Use code 'iknowkungfu' to gain the melee weapon with katas (takedowns).
Step 5: Use code 'setforceall 0' to remove all force powers.
Step 6: Once entered into the console, reload the game for the last time (as in, if you are in singleplayer, load checkpoint or load save), the commands should be saved on your console until you exit the game.
Step 7: Using the arrow keys, you can go back to anything you have typed before into the console and have pressed 'Enter' to. When you've found something you want to input/enable again, just simply press 'Enter'.
Step 8: Enable codes in this order, 'helpusobi 1' (this is unnecessary, but it can be used as a back up precaution, just in case), 'iknowkungfu', and finally, 'setforceall 0'. This should give you the result you want.
There! That should do the trick!
Although there may be a chance that it will wear off later, if it does, let me know, and maybe I can find another solution. (with the help of MaxorMeow, the JediNeoPenguin)
The cheat requires a number from 0 to 3, so it knows which level would you like to have on all your Force powers.
You can have 4 combinations of this cheat:
"setforceall 0" --> removes Force powers completely
"setforceall 1" --> sets all Force powers to lvl 1
"setforceall 2" --> sets all Force powers to lvl 2
"setforceall 3" --> sets all Force powers to lvl 3
Make sure to revert this cheat before ending the mission because you won't be able to progress any further if you can't choose which power you'd like to level up on the next mission. :D
Also, you have to use "setMindTrick 4" after the setforceall cheat, because it will revert your Mind trick back to level 3 and you want to have it on 4 to test it out! :DD
EDIT: After seeing the post above mine, the console is opened on all computers equally.
It's SHIFT + "tilde".
Tilde button is usually to the left of number 1 on keyboards. :D
