trying to install kotf[and other mods], getting a "aplication error" when running the .exe, missing setup file, wtf do i do?

i downloaded the knights of the force mod and i am trying to install it,but it has no setup.exe on the rar file...wtf am i supposed to do?

it said to just place the files in the game data, and run the other 2 aplication files...but they only say"aplication error",wtf?

the videos on how to install this on the net are so quiet i am not figuring this out, can someone help me out?

You won't find any help for kotf anywhere these days. The creator of the mod stole a lot of work from others without credit and released an installer with viruses.

Just find some other mod to play. kotf is broken and unsupported.

what other mods do you guys recomend? i just want to do battles with badass jedis and siths, and others, just like in kotf.

i wanted to download Star Wars - KotOR 2 Duels, but google found a trojan on the download...so thats another one that i can't pick.

what others would let me do the battles i want?

i tried to install another mod, and again, there is an aplication error when i try to start it...i don't get whats goin on.

360 total security,but its google who is saying its a trojan.

also i have managed to fix the aplication error bug, the problem was that my steam folder was not in the usual directory C:

or something like that, so i just placed it back to its default place.
